Young Worker alert.The nation’s agricultural industry employs over 2 million workers under 20 years old. Chances are you have at least one of them. Why is this important? Employees from age 16 to 24 are designated as Young Workers; their experience and attitudes (and employee rights) aren’t like the rest. It’s your responsibility to know the difference.
